I am Estefania, a Christian and Bilingual Psychotherapist. I love supporting people based on scientific evidence, however I also combined my therapeutic sessions with my faith in Jesus. Science can do the possible, but Jesus can do the IMPOSSIBLE!

RaphaPsych will support you in your healing journey through education, teaching and applying scientifically proven skills and tools, along with the help of Jesus, who brings hope, purpose, identity and restoration.

1. Reconoce la realidad
- Escribe las razones por las que la relación no funciona
- Haz una lista de cómo te hace sentir realmente y cómo te gustaría que te hiciera sentir.

2. Reconoce la familiaridad (y rompe el ciclo)
- Tu cerebro anhela familiaridad, incluso si es poco saludable (el vínculo traumático puede hacer que las malas relaciones se sientan como “en casa”).
- Cambia conscientemente tu entorno, tus pasatiempos y tus hábitos diarios para debilitar el vínculo emocional.

3. Recuérdate a ti mismo por qué mereces algo mejor
- Enumera tus valores fundamentales: ¿esta relación se alinea con ellos?
- Escribe en un diario cómo te sientes cuando estás con esa persona y cómo te gustaría sentirte cuando estás enamorado.

4. Reemplaza el vacío emocional con amor propio y crecimiento
- Concéntrate en TUS necesidades: ¿qué te hace sentir feliz, valorado y vivo?
- Invierte en el crecimiento personal.

5. Acepta que dejar ir es un proceso
- Puede que tengas momentos de duda, pero eso no significa que debas volver atrás.
- Recuerda una y otra vez que permanecer en la relación equivocada solo retrasa la correcta.

- Write down the reasons why the relationship isn’t working
- Make a list of how they actually make you feel vs. how you wish they made you feel.

2. Recognise Familiarity (And Break the Cycle)
- Your brain craves familiarity, even if it’s unhealthy (trauma bonding can make bad relationships feel like “home”).
- Consciously change your environment, hobbies, and daily habits to weaken the emotional tie.

3. Remind Yourself Why You Deserve Better
- List your core values—does this relationship align with them?
- Journal how you feel when you’re with them vs. how you want to feel in love.

4. Replace the Emotional Void with Self-Love & Growth
- Focus on YOUR needs—what makes you feel happy, valued, and alive?
- Invest in personal growth.

5. Accept That Letting Go Is a Process
- You might have moments of doubt—but that doesn’t mean you should go back.
- Keep reminding yourself: staying in the wrong relationship only delays the right one.

Boundaries are the limits we set to protect our time, energy, and well-being!

Signs You Need Better Boundaries 👇🏼

✅ You feel drained after social interactions.
✅ You say “yes” when you want to say “no.”
✅ You feel guilty when prioritizing yourself.

How to Set Boundaries (3-Step Formula)👇🏼

1️⃣ Identify what makes you uncomfortable.
2️⃣ Communicate your boundary clearly.
3️⃣ Enforce it without guilt.

Examples of Healthy Boundaries 👇🏼

🗣️ “I can’t take on extra work right now.”
🗣️ “I need some time alone to recharge.”
🗣️ “I’m not comfortable discussing that.”

Not everyone will like your boundaries – and that’s okay. The right people will respect them.
